Adapting to a Post Covid 19 world

I picked a fine time to renovate my website. My performance schedule has evaporated and I'm not sure if it will ever be 'normal' again. Thank goodness for having a home studio that has evolved over the last 17 years to become my main source of income these days. Gear has come and gone and I am finally in the position to say 'I'm happy with my setup'. Oh, I'd love to have a couple of old U87s or C12s but the technology these days is simply incredible. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Universal Audio and their Apollo series of interfaces. I started with one 8p and within a year, sold my Focusrite Red 1 & UA 4-710d outboard preamps and picked up a second 8p. It has really expanded the palette here and with the launch of UA's LUNA this winter, I have more options than ever.

I've got a few solo artist projects tracking right now and a couple of projects on pause waiting for things to return to some semblance of normalcy. Meanwhile, it's time for me to be more involved on a regular basis with this new incarnation of my site. I may post some things totally unrelated to music but rest assured, there will be some examples of what I'm currently working on sprinkled in as well. And dogs. Lots of dogs.
